The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety. the pool was fantastic and the whole property was well-maintained. the free bicycles were a convenient way to get around. Each bungalow had its own unique rock/pop music theme. the staff was welcoming and friendly.
Felt very homey, no reason to complain.

I had a wonderful stay at Joy Tulum - Adults Only. Villa. The reception staff were very cute and helpful. The facilities were clean and modern, and I especially enjoyed the pool area with its fantastic pool and sunbeds. I loved the chilled vibe and the beautiful surroundings, set among trees, lanterns, and fairy lights. The free bikes provided by the hostel were a great way to explore the cenotes and Tulum town. The coffee was also amazing, and the bed was comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for its lovely atmosphere and convenient location.

The bungalows were beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the mosquito net was a nice touch. The pool area was fantastic for relaxing and the free bikes made getting around easy. The staff, especially Enrique, were friendly and helpful. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The value for money at Joy Tulum - Adults Only. Villa was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was peaceful and the staff treated us with utmost care and friendliness.
Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

We absolutely loved our stay at this amazing place in Tulum! the location is perfect, being just at the end of the main street, close to the best cenotes in the area. the cleanliness of the property is impeccable, and the pool is simply wow! the staff is incredibly nice and helpful, and we had great conversations with the guy at the reception about Tulum and Mexico. the availability of a kitchen with microwave and plates was a nice touch. And the best part is that they provide bicycles for guests to easily explore the surroundings.
Felt snug, no complaints.
